Tax Compliance & Advisory

We act as tax agent for company and individual tax where we compute and determine the tax liability in accordance with the taxation laws and the accounts and other information provided. We assist in filing the annual tax return as well as the submission of tax estimate and revision of tax estimate.

Accounting

We provide accounting services and bookkeeping services and we are specialized in providing these services to SME's. One of the core services is complying with the requirements of the Royal Malaysian Customs.

Payroll

We provide Payroll Services in Malaysia. Our Scope of Services include: Payroll calculation and net salary payment arrangement; Calculation of monthly deductions (MTD, EPF, SOCSO and EIS); Preparation of monthly payslips; Preparation of yearly EA forms.

Our team is being lead by the following experienced audit partners

Mr. Tang graduated from University Malaya and started his career in Messrs Deloitte KassimChan. He is the founding partner of the Firm and is the nationwide Managing Partner. For the past 20 over years, he managed many portfolio of clients involved in trading, plantation, construction, developers, manufacturing, transportation and provision of services sectors.

He also involved in corporate restructuring exercises, financial due diligence, tax compliance and advisory.

  • Approved Tax Agent under Section 153(3) of Income Tax Act 1967
  • Member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA)

Mr. Khor graduated with distinction from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and since then, he had worked with Mr. Tang for over 13 years before admitted as an audit partner of the firm during April 2024.

He had exercised his expertise in statutory audit and financial due diligence for countless number of clients from various type of industries including trading, manufacturing, construction, developers, investment holding, transportation and provision of services sectors.

He also involved in tax compliances and advisory.
